Transfer from the hotel. Meet the horses at the equestrian centre and make our way from Avanos will go to Aktepe and ride toward Red & Rose Valley. We will pass from Fairy formations on Pashabag and continue through the village of Çavuşin and the Red and Rose Valley, then we will go to Love Valley. Back to our Cappadock horse-riding centre.

Transfer from the hotel. Meet the horses at the equestrian centre and take a short warm-up ride along the banks of the Red River to Lake Bayramhaci. We will pass through the village of Sarihidir and return through the vineyards of Mount Ziyaret to finish in the Cappadock horse riding center.

DAY 1
ITINERARY:

Meet up with the horses at the equestrian center and start the day riding along the banks of the Red River, passing through the village of Sarihidir and the Saruhan Caravanserai, built in the 13th century. Cross the 'fairy chimneys' of Devrent and we will go around Bozdag Hill, offering panoramic views of the area. Finish the day riding through valleys and vineyards to the village of Mustafapasa, an ancient Greek village with charming architecture. Stay overnight in the village.

DAY 2

– Uchisar
We leave from Mustafapasha to Damsa Lake and continue to the Golgoli historical site with its caves carved in Fairy Chimneys. Then, we will follow by Uzengidere and Gumuslu Valley where we will see. different forms of volcanic stone. We will pass through Ibrahimpasha village, which was the Armenian village of Babayan and keeping its originality to be a village of agriculturers. We will finally reach Uchisar village which has an overview of the centre of Cappadocia. Stay overnight in the village.

Depart from Uchisar to visit the most famous valley in Cappadocia with its magnificent colors and fairy chimneys. Traverse the Kiliclar, the Red, and the Rose valleys before reaching 'the Valley of Love', the Vineyard Valley. Continue to Avanos where the ride finishes. Stay overnight in the village.

DAY 1
Arrival at Kayseri/Nevsehir Airport and Transfer to Your Hotel in Cappadocia.
DAY 2

After breakfast, depart the hotel. Meet the horses at the equestrian centre and take a short warm-up ride along the banks of the Red River to Lake Bayramhaci. Departure towards Uchisar. After passing through the small canyon of Çayagil, we will continue to the Valley of Love, with its "fairy-tale" wonders. We will finish in Uchisar, a massive rocky outcrop, for a panoramic view. Overnight in Uçhisar. (5 hours). B, L, D.

We enter the most beautiful Cappadocian valleys with their multicoloured lunar shapes: the Valley of Kiliçlar, the Red Valley, and many others, to admire the varied landscapes of volcanoes and erosion. Lunch on the terrace next to the Uzumlu chapel will let us experience Turkish hospitality. Please return to our accommodation through the KaranKemer Valley. Overnight in Uçhisar. (5.5 hours). DAY 5

We venture into a less-known Cappadocia by classic travellers. The village of Ibrahimpacha (also called Babayan) still retains its agricultural aspect. We continue towards Gomeda and Uzengi, valleys with immense pigeon houses. We will end our day in Mustafapaşa, an old Greek village that has preserved its authentic character. Night in Mustafapaşa. DAY 6
ITINERARY:

- Keshlik Monastery

This day offers total change and diversity. This hike takes us to another image of Cappadocia. Through plateaus and valleys, we will pass by the fairy chimney formations of the Golgoli site. A trail will take us to the Keşlik Monastery, where we will have lunch and visit the rock monastery. We will return to Mustafapaşa via a trail that overlooks the entire valley. Night in Mustafapacha. DAY 7
ITINERARY:

Every day and every moment are unique in Cappadocia. We will take a path through the Pancarlik Valley and a monastery that was once a hospital to admire an impressive view of the Rose Valley. Then, we will transition to the Devrent Valley, now called the Valley of Imagination, to arrive at the 13th-century Saruhan Caravanserai, built by the Seljuks. We will then follow along the Red River to return to the stable. Night in Avanos (5.5 hours). B, L, D.
